Good morning everyone,      I just am so excited, this LD is rocking......Don't get me wrong I'm missing food a little but I'm lovin the pounds dropping off.............Especially after being on a 1 month stall.      Yesterday I had dropped 1 pound, Well this morning I got on the scale, I've lost 4 pounds now, WhooHoo............      I'm hoping to continue a LD this weekend, But I'm going to be with a girlfriend all weekend shopping, etc. So we'll see how it goes........ Thanks for all your support, Kelly

Nice! Though the LD sucks sometimes,  the lbs lost outweighs it!!

Congrats -- but 5 pounds in two days should be enough as a quick loss to get back on track with regular eating.  You should start transitioning back before your body realizes what you are doing and stalls again.  Just concerned for your safety since you aren't that far out. XXOO

Fitness is not about age or a size -- it's really about an attitude and life style!!!
Life is not measured by the number of breathes we take, but by the moments that take our breathe away~~

Kelly, I'm with Barb on this.  It's great that you've broken your stall...those stalls can be killer, especially the long ones.  But you are not far out from surgery, you should transition back to food soon, or you might end up making your body think it's starving and then it'll start holding on to everything. Good job on being so dedicated to stick with it... Debi
