3rd Year Surgiversary

Three years ago today I had my life-changing surgery.  My stats then and now:     (And dumb me measured a week after surgery!)                   then        now neck         16.5         14               bust          49           38 ribcage     46          35 waist         49           33 hips           51           38 left thigh    27         21.5 left arm     17            11 left calf     17.5         14 Inches lost:  68.5 SOLID inches!  My weight has gone from 278 (highest) to 158,  (-120 lbs)  and I've gone from  size  3X tops and  size 22 bottoms to size M/L or 14 tops and 12 bottoms.  Of course I would do it again in a heartbeat!  My stats would be better if I could afford PS to get rid of the flubber--especially in the mid-section and waist, and under the bra band. HOWEVER--I am VERY happy with the way I am now!

Sue, You are an inspiration to me!  You show me that I can lose my weight and I can keep it off long term.  My biggest fear in this whole journey is regaining the weight.  And here you are, 3 years later, still healthy, still slim, still happy, still looking gorgeous! Congratulations on this MAJOR accomplishment!!! I'm mentally throwing confetti over your head!!!  Debi

I thank God for this surgery and all the wonderful benefits from it--much improved health, more energy, improved self-esteem, a more-varied wardrobe in a MUCH smaller size and of course, meeting awesome people like you guys on this board! Thank you, Linda! Gee- it really doesn't seem like three years.  It seems like a few months ago that this journey started for me.  But what a wonderful journey this has been!  Thanks for being such a great cheerleader and role model! (((HUGS))) **SUE**
