Yesterday I


GET MY WATER IN!!!!! Didn't do so hot on this one.. bu the challenge is on... must drink water, must drink water


walk on all 3 of my breaks. Only made it on one. But had to do work errands today, so I parked as far away as I could on each.


walk tonight... not specifying a distance as for now doing it is more important than distance. Didn't make it.


Avoid carbs today... Order an apple at panera, not the baget.....NO SWEETS!!!!! I did okay on this one. I ended up ordering chips and giving them to a friend at work instead. I ate an apple for breakfast at work yesterday, and spent half an hour being sick. Never had that happen like that before and I've ate plenty of apples. I did have some lasagna for dinner tonight. So the noodles were carbs. But I had no sweets!!! yay me!!!



Get out of work by 5......okay I'll try to get out by 5...it's been tough lately. Okay made 5:15


Pay all my bills(it's payday)Paid part of them, the rest today.

Be nicer to myself. This was my toughest one. I am fighting mood swings like you wouldn't believe. But a WONDERFUL gift from a oh friend really brightened my day!!! Will do a post tonight about it when I have a picture to add.

Good morning everyone........... Today I will: Stay on my LD                    Drink 80 oz. water                    Walk/jog on treadmill 2 times and do sit up's Yesterday was fantastic!!!!!!! I was 153.8, today 152.6 WHOOHOO this LD is working........ I drank 113 oz. water, the most I've ever drank since surgery I had 550 cal, and burned 553.6 on the treadmill plus did sit up's and worked out on the home gym. I had soup and yogurt yesterday. No cheating, and it paid off. Have a fabulous day ladies............ Diane, your a wonderful person, I'm glad your day was brightened yesterday. Kelly

Happy Friday!  Today I will...get in at least 100 ounces of pure water, remember to take all of my calcium, get some sunshine, be mindful of my eating (make good choices especially at dinner because it is part of the nutrition workshop and I know there are going to be carbs there to tempt me), fully participate in yoga and nutrition program, remember to log my food the rest of the day and get to bed earlier.  Yesterday I...get in at least 100 ounces of water--only got in 72, but it was all pure water, get in all 3 of my calcium supplements--I think I only got in 2, but I can't remember, read my book for the nutrition program this weekend--read a little bit, but also started a food log for the class, walk for at least 3 minutes (longer if furniture gets delivered earlier)--no walking they arrived early to deliver the furniture which threw my whole afternoon off, go to yoga (be careful of knee still sore if I stretch it too much)--went to yoga and it felt really good on my knee, and make good choices for lunch/dinner (nothing planned yet)--lunch wasn't the best choice, but dinner was better and pack more tonight--got all of my papers and important docs packed up in a box (what a chore!).

Keep up the good work Nicole!!  It's hard when our routines get bumped...  I know it sure throws me off. Congrats on getting some of that packing done.  I sure don't envy you that but just think of how nice it will be to unpack and have everything where it belongs!!  lol *hugs*

Today I will: - walk! and Sing! and SMILE! - vitamins and water!!  Let's go!! - Count my blessings instead of my trials - plan my meals Yesterday I: - DRINK WATER!!     I did drink fluids...  not all water but I did get about 70oz of stuff in.  Today I'll work on water. - walk the road and listen to tunes     Got out there before the hubby even got up (not like that is hard lately) working on putting together music to walk by.  - get on the bike and see if my vertigo lets me ride or not     I did not get to this - I'm a little nervous about it. - eat mindfully     For the most part I did really well at this.  I put a decent work bag together but ended up coming home due to stress.  I did succumb to a couple of saltines though but stopped myself after i think 3. - SMILE! and be happy about all the things I've been blessed with     This was a challenge.  We are getting down to the wire with my job stuff and the emotional roller coaster ride is getting to me.  I keep trying to smile but dammit I hate crying at work...  that is why I came home.  But we are once again on an upswing so will try this again today.  I know I can count my blessing with every step I take on my walk.  Overall life is SO GOOD!  it just has a few black corners  :)

Lori~I think sometimes we need to give ourselves a break and with all of the stress at your job I commend you for honoring yourself and going home early.  I am finding I do not drink quite as much water when it is just plain water so I am now starting to struggle a bit as well.  I think picking great music to walk/workout to is the best way to make sure you keep a good pace!  I know I walk faster when a fast song comes on my mp3 player/radio.  I hope today is a better day and you are able to tame down that roller coaster.  Have a wonderful weekend!  Love & Hugs!
