Messed Up
I wont say its ok but your human... just remember that pre'behavior is a good sign of post-behavior.
Being strict now is a good training for future pouchy.
Be kind to yourself and realize that stupid candy bar won today and you are so much bigger than that candy bar.

You came here and confessed, that's a good sign. You're holding yourself accountable. Use the guilt to do better next time!
Once in a while, particularly if I'm out & about and too busy to get a legitimate meal in, I'll have a protein bar. Most of them are pretty high in sugars and calories, but if it's a meal replacement, I'll have one rather than miss a meal. My favorites are Twisted (at Target, kinda like a Take Five bar), Slim Fast High Protien (again, a little high in sugars, but I don't dump from it), or a Pure Protein bar. These 3 seem to be the highest protein for the serving, lower than many of the protein bars in sugars, and pretty tasty! I haven't had a candy bar since WLS!
Well, okay, except for a few of the lil' ones around Halloween... gotsta be honest there...

Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
All I can say is first, I commend you for owning up to it. We've all done something we regret and know that it's wrong to do. Second, learn from it. Try not to make that mistake again. And third, and probably my most important point, I notice you are pre-op...be very careful you don't want to mess things up for your surgery. Some surgeons will deny your surgery if you've cheated, especially on the liquid diet....
Take care,
Debi
