I ate raw fish!!!
Just another example of how life changing this surgery is... I NEVER ate fish, shrimp or lobster before surgery because I hated the taste and texture. Well, while on vacation, I figured what the heck, I'm gonna be adventureous. So I tried sushi, shrimp, lobster, and KOBE beef. Yep, the anti fish person ate raw fish. Guess what? I LOVED IT. And the shrimp and lobster were great too. For anyone who knows what KOBE beef is, it is worth the money, ok, it is a LOT of money, but OMG it literally melts. But I ate raw fish... so anyone know where I can get really good, fresh sushi in MN?

Benihana is a good place --- in Golden Valley.
Then also Origami in Ridgedale in Minnetonka.
Way to go --that is a HUGE step because most people who do not like fish never change.
CONGRATS!
Kikugawa in the River Place area along the Mississippi in Minneapolis! I have tried sushi but ran into two issues 1. I couldn't handle the texture and 2. I couldn't stand the wasabi! I hate horseradish! I have eaten California Rolls and like them well enough! Glad to hear you have found a new, healthy food you like!
