Since yesterday was an off day for me, I will start new today.... Good morning to Kelly, Nicole, and of course Lori, and anyone else *****ads this!!!

Today I will:

Get my meds in


GET MY WATER IN!!!!!


walk on all 3 of my breaks.


walk tonight... not specifying a distance as for now doing it is more important than distance.


Avoid carbs today... Order an apple at panera, not the baget.....NO SWEETS!!!!!



Get out of work by 5......okay I'll try to get out by 5...it's been tough lately.


Pay all my bills(it's payday)



Continue to push forward at work.


Be nicer to myself.

Thats enough for today...lol.

Good Thursday morning all............. Today is a new day and I plan on taking this carb monster and kicking him to the curb, I'm ready. Today and for a few days I'm going on a LD, so with that said........ Today I will:  Drink, Drink, Drink, my goal 80 oz.     I will eat:  yogurt, soup, soup, sf popscicles, liquid protein. NOTHING else.     I will walk/jog on treadmill 3 times and take a bike ride. Yesterday my water intake was only: 48oz.  My food intake was okay other than the Grizzly skins from Grizzlys for supper and the graham crackers, uhhhh I walked only at the mall, so need to do my treadmill today. Not a good day yesterday, but for some reason lost 1 pound? Good luck ladies..... Kelly

Good Morning All!  Today I will...get in at least 100 ounces of water, get in all 3 of my calcium supplements, read my book for the nutrition program this weekend, walk for at least 3 minutes (longer if furniture gets delivered earlier), go to yoga (be careful of knee still sore if I stretch it too much), and make good choices for lunch/dinner (nothing planned yet) and pack more tonight.  Yesterday I...get in at least 100 ounces of water--yup, I actually got in 120 ounces, get in all my calcium--only got in 2 of the 3 viactiv chews, go for a walk--yep walked to support group and back home the long way, get test done for nutrition program--yep did this it only took about 5 minutes and didn't even hurt!

Good morning!!  The sun is shining and the dogs are actually quiet!  Something must be up...  lol Today I will: - DRINK WATER!! - walk the road and listen to tunes - get on the bike and see if my vertigo lets me ride or not - eat mindfully - SMILE! and be happy about all the things I've been blessed with Yesterday I: - walk and sing and smile!     I sure did.  Started out in my shorts and swim top (thought I could catch some rays ya know  :) ) but that wind came up and after only one circiut I was in grabbing a warmer shirt.  I did make it about 2 miles though which for me is pretty good  :)  I only walk up and down our road as there are some nasty pups if I venture off and with gas so high I won't drive anywhere to walk... - talk to my steward about my job     I did get a chance to chat for a few minutes... letters went out to a couple of my doctors so we are waiting to see what they have to say.  My last day is next Friday... - get all my vitamins and water in     Got all the vitamins in.  I hate drinking water before bed so it's been easier since I don't take that pill at night now.  Strange  lol  I did ok on water but of course can do more! - enjoy the sunshine!!     Heck yeah!!! and going to again today! - try to eat at least 2 meals rather than just snack meals     ok kinda... if you count cheese and water crackers as a meal.  or a cheese stick and grapes.... or cottage cheese and pineapple  lol  those were my three meals  :)

Yes, Diane, I missed you yesterday!  I'm sensing a water challenge here...  lol  we all are struggling it seems... ok little miss Nicole over there with her 100 oz + ...  heheeh We can do it!!!  I need to go find my water bottle and mix me up some crystal light ... or grab a shot of lemon juice and make some weak lemonade!

Yesterday was a really good water day for me which is good because Tuesday was not so good!  Today my goal is to drink more plain water with no additives!  I started reading the book for my nutrition program last night and they really emphasize staying away from sugar and artifical sweetners so I am going to try to start that now.  I think making the weak lemonade is a great idea!
