I will get this thread started for the day!  Today I will...get in all of my calcium, try my new liquid iron (plus B vitamins), drink at least 100 ounces of liquid, be mindful of my eating, get in at least a 2 mile walk (may walk to PNC support group tonight), pack up some more of my apartment, get tests done for Nutrition Program, and get to bed by 10:15 pm (I have been really tired the last 2 days).  Yesterday I...take all my calcium--yep got in all 3, drink at least 100 ounces of water--only got in 64 ounces since I forgot to drink as I was packing last night, go to yoga--nope took the night off to rest my knee since it was throbbing all day, clean out the fridge--yup all clean...finally, pack--yup I got my book shelf, window ledge, desk and pots & pans packed up and ready to go!

LOL you beat Diane!   hmmm.... *waves*  Di??  where be you?? Today I will: - walk and sing and smile! - talk to my steward about my job - get all my vitamins and water in - enjoy the sunshine!! - try to eat at least 2 meals rather than just snack meals Yesterday I: - work to get my meds straightened out     talked to the doc and we are going to try some new anti-depressants...  these are extended release.  I know they don't often work for us but he's concerned that the quick release ones that are set to work in the part of the intestine that we no longer have aren't working either.  The new ones are capsules... so we shall see. - WATER     I still need work on this.  I did have 2 bottles though but it's not enough. - not be lazy about my night vitamins     I took 'em!  lol - walk     I walked extra at work as by the time I was able to get out at home it was icy cold and raining.  I may not melt but I sure don't want to get sick either! - listen to my music!!!     I cranked the tunes up in the car every time I went out!  Music sure does improve my mood!!
Lori  - bringing home *MY* form of sexy one day at a time!

I hope you and your doctor are able to find an anti-depressant that works for you!  I take the regular release, but twice a day so maybe that night be an option if the extended release don't work.  I am also on 2 different anti-depressants (Wellbutrin (2 x's a day) and Remeron (once a day))which is the only thing that has worked for a significant amount of time.  I hope you are able to get some good news about your job!  Enjoy the beautiful day we are having!

Well better late then never... I was a little down last night and today, No particular reason, just a down day.

So I will post what I did yesterday, and start again tomorrow, by the way, it was nice to know I was missed.
Thank you Lori and Kelly,

Yesterday I

Take my meds: did this, it's getting to be routine like it should be, thats a good thing.

Drink my water: didn't do so well on this

Get 3 miles in this evening Was so tired when I got home didn't have the energy for this.

Be very mindful of what I eat: it was better, but not what it should have been

Continue to expand at my job: My job is such a challenge right now with combining two offices into one, and trying to be on top of everything.

Try to be less sensitive.(long story) evidently I didn't do so well on this one.

Wear a new pair of white pants that a good OH friend gave me last night!!!!!! Did this.. funny thing was.. I'm not use to wearing pants that ride on the hips!!! felt like I needed to pull my pants up all day!!!!

Lori, Keep with the anti depressents. I know mine make a world of difference. I still have not quite so good days now and then. But thats normal for even someone who don't take them. But I wouldn't be without them.

Diane my friend you made me laugh. With the pants part, of them riding on your hips and feeling like they were falling down. It does take some getting used to. Hee Hee. Kelly

Diane~I am just starting to get used to the new underwear I bought a few weeks ago because they sit on my hips and so I am adjusting to not having the full coverage of "granny panties"!  I have yet to try the hip hugger pants, you are braver than I am!
