Today is a new wonderful day,

Lori, I am up every morning at 5:15 to get ready for work, so I get on here before I go!!!

TODAY I WILL:

Take my meds

Drink my water

Get 3 miles in this evening

Be very mindful of what I eat

Continue to expand at my job

Try to be less sensitive.(long story)


Wear a new pair of white pants that a good OH friend gave me last night!!!!!!


YESTERDAY I......

Take all my meds, and drink all my water. I got my meds in, but not enough water.


Get a walk in. Didn't get an actual walk in... but made about 20 round trips across the warehouse thats the size of a football field.


Meet a friend for dinner.. (gee wonder who!!!!!)
This was great.... It's nice to have friends!!!!


Practice mindful eating. I did to a certain degree, but could do better


Continue to try to improve my job, and organization.
Worked on this, had to change one new desk for another one due to a key being broken off on that side and couldn't get it open. Worked on a spreadsheet that will help me stay on top of things.


And not help a coworker move her things as she ordered me to last week. If asked I would of been find, but to assume I will do it... wrong. wearing heels and dress clothes today for that reason. I stuck to this.. I really am not that selfish of a person, but this person thinks she is entitled because of her position.

Today I will...get in 100 ounces or more of water, take all of my calcium, be mindful of my eating, go to yoga but be careful of my left knee that is really hurting today, do laundry and clean out the fridge.  Yesterday I...get in 100 plus ounces of water--only got in 92 ounces, take all of my calcium--yup got all 3 Viactivs in, go to yoga--yep went and did really good, walk/run around Lake of the Isles--did this in 35 minutes and upped my walk/run ratio to 2:2 min, clean out the fridge or pack--didn't get to this, but I did pick up two plastic tubs to help with the packing (does that count?).

Hey there Diane.......Man your up early......I slept in till 7:30am. It was fun last night. Today I will: #1  Get in 60oz. or more of water #2  Get in my protein  #3  Workout 3 times on treadmill,  do 25 sit up's, run up & down steps #4  No carb eating Yesterday I did get in my water I think I got in my protein I only did treadmill once I did eat mashed potatoes, I need to get away from those carbs I will try harder today. Otherwise like I told Diane I'm going to get away from food all together and go on a LD. Have a wonderful day everyone........... Kelly

You have me SOOOO beat  lol  I'm just falling asleep then  lol Today I will: - work to get my meds straightened out - WATER - not be lazy about my night vitamins - walk - listen to my music!!! Yesterday I: - take a walk and listen to my music     yep  :) - work with the new pups (baths, brushing and basic care)     we did a brushing session and butt cleaning.  The baths will come either today or tomorrow - depending on my doc appointments - go to work smiling     sure did! - PROTEIN!     I ate a little beef, some tuna, cheese, and something else.  Pouch is still aggravated - Vitamins and water!!!     morning vitamins but I was so tired I got lazy last night and just blew them off... as for water, I can do better.  Need to find a flavor I like again and get going!

I just realized our stats are pretty close to the same. I have lost 123lbs, I started out with a bmi of 52, I am at a 30.... funny

 I am not short... I am fun sized!!
