OMG!!! I'm bouncing off the walls! I got approved! After 6 months of dr appointments and the last 2 months dealing with my insurance company... I have a appointment with my surgeon tomorrow.I found out last week that company has excluded weight loss surgery starting July 1st.. I forgot to ask for a surgery date today oops. Guess I'll find out tomorrow. YAY!!!

Congrats on your approval and I will pray that you get a surgery date before July 1st! I think it is so stupid that insurance companies are not covering WLS it helps save so many lives! Good luck on your journey and hang on cause it is a wild ride!

Your on your way, make sure your surgeon and anyone else involved knows about the insurance change. They will probably help you with that... CONGRADULATIONS!!!!
