OT -- Warnings About Ambien Are True!!! (Long)

OMG BARB !!! I have heard about this before but like you was sorta skeptical..... how odd ! You ate a damn candy bar and didnt even enjoy it!!    < bad joke > Ooooooooooooo that is just amazing.... needless to say no more Ambien? Isnt there another out there?? Glad to hear you arent taking those med's anymore...that's pretty scary. Here's a little story that might make you laugh...my 5 year old was staying at Grandma's the other night, and she was on her computer, which is in the hallway right by where the kids sleep when at Grandma's, and she said Hunter opened up the door.  Grandma asked him what's wrong, and does he need something? He all of a sudden dropped his undies and started peeing all over my mom...LOL.  She said she then realized he had this look to him that wasnt normal and she then realized he was sleep walking. Sorry to hear that while you were sleeping you had so much sugar and felt awful when you woke up, ya wonder why the body does what it does...LOL Take care ~Jodi~

Hey Barb, my psychiatrist prescribed Ambien for me in January when I was barely sleeping (even with six years on Trazodone).  The monthly prescriptoin is only ten tablets, and bothe he and the pharmacy script specity NOT to take it more than five to seven consecutive days.  Also, to take it on an empty stomach, and to be in bed when taking it.  These I only take one, one night a week.  So, it's time for bed now (Trazodone when I get there), as I gotta get up at 5:45 a.m. to work--then, will reverse days/nights for two weeks til working again in two weekends.  Not healthy, but just my way of coping with the current 'ex'-crud....Have a great day, and sure hope I can get a ride to Stillwater next Sat. as I don't work...sounds like the vehicles coming through my area are filled...was too far behind on posts after being gone for a week, then computer down til Broadband got the technician out.  I WANT and NEED to get to that large group!  Catch 'ya later--hope to see you soon sweets!  Hugs galore, Patti
