LD & New Tattoo

Hey Tracy I ove the tattoo...  pretty cool.....I wanna get one but I am scared and wouldn't even know what to get.  take care hun..... Hugs Marsh

Girl if you need someone to hold your hand I am all for it. It really didn't hurt at all.  But then again I have a high tolerance to pain.

First off, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the tat!  I'm sure Rich will roll his eyes if I start talking about getting another, but maybe if I did the back of the neck thing...?    I wanna get "FAITH".   Second, I think me & Bailey will join in on the LD thing for Saturday!  Not interested in messing with you, so I'll have to ponder what to bring to contribute to the slumber party!  Let me know if you have any requests - either what TO bring, or what NOT to bring, okay? REALLY, REALLY looking forward to it!   Love you tons & bunches, and I KNOW you'll get your scale going in the direction you WANT it to go!  Hell, you just lost - what...  275 lbs?  

That is great you are taking control of the carb monster.   Love the Tattoo!  You are such an inspiration to me since I have started this journey and it felt great to get the word Believe on my body.  I want another word on my other ankle but will have to wait a bit. 

OK now I want a tatoo! Tracy, way to take matters in to your own hands with the LD. If you ever need a work out buddy at the Y let me know, I need to get my buns movin! You can do it girl!

Your doing fine, But I so understand the disappointment of the gain. Remember when I was so stressed? Thats why my weight loss stopped. It will and does get better. Hang in there.

As far as your tattoo.. you go girl. I am still waiting for my son to get my second one.. but now that I am wearing shorter skirts.... well I don't know... Anyway, I am glad you like what you got. Have a good one.
