Good Monday Morning, hope everyone had a great weekend.

Today I will:

Take all my meds, and drink all my water.


Get a walk in.


Meet a friend for dinner.. (gee wonder who!!!!!)


Practice mindful eating.


Continue to try to improve my job, and organization.


And not help a coworker move her things as she ordered me to last week. If asked I would of been find, but to assume I will do it... wrong. wearing heels and dress clothes today for that reason.


Yesterday I:

Take all my meds and supplaments. Did this


Drink plenty of water I did okay, but could of drank more


get in a 2+ mile walk. I made it 3 miles, and discovered two fun stores in my area


Get my second bedroom organized. (maybe today I'll actually get it done.) I did, I did.. it's done, I'm sitting in it typing!!!!! I actually got quite a bit done around here yesterday. It was a productive day as well as a relaxing one.

Call my mom today

 I am not short... I am fun sized!!

Today I will... Walk Eat mindfully (this has been an issue lately) drink extra water, eat all my protein, take my vits Yesterday, I.... did not walk and did not get in all my protein but I did clean the kitchen and caught up laundry

I'm joining in on this today..........I need some accountibility........ #1  Get 60 oz. of water in     (I've only been getting in 36- 40 oz. a day) #2   Eat protein first     (I've been eating more carbs) #3  Walk/jog on treadmill 3 times     (I've been only doing 1 time a day) #4   Meet my beautiful friend Diane for dinner & coffee & to give my clothes too........ #5    Hubby is gone all week on business, So I will be both Mom & Dad to 5 year old son Kelly

Sorry I am a bit late on this today.  I am not sure of my goals from last Friday so I will just start fresh today!  Today I will...drink 100 or more ounces of liquid, make healthy choices about food and be mindful while eating it, take all of my calcium, go to yoga and then walk/run around Lake of the Isles, and either clean out the fridge or pack a box of stuff.

Morning everyone!!  Diane you are an early riser!  lol thanks for keeping us going! Today I will: - take a walk and listen to my music - work with the new pups (baths, brushing and basic care) - go to work smiling - PROTEIN! - Vitamins and water!!! Yesterday I: - not eat junk "road food"     We did ok... although we stopped at McDonalds because we were a bit behind, I got a Mac and scraped everything off the buns and ate it that way.  Couldn't eat much though.  We had KFC on the way home and that went better. - get out and walk before sitting 10 hours in the car     I walked before the trip and on the stops during it.
- love the pups we rescue today     This was and is easy to do  :)  This batch is just as sweet as pie!  STINKY but sweet  lol  There are 5 Pomeranians, 2 Chihuahuas and a Pekenese.  One of the Chi's just jumps into your arms and a couple of the Poms are just plain snuggle bugs.  All this from pups that have never had human interaction other than being dragged out of their wire pens to mate and then being shoved back in.  We do have one scared to death Pom in this batch and she will take some work but soooo worth it!  Rescue dogs are the BEST dogs out there!!! - count my blessings that my children are happy and healthy and blessed with children of their own (ok Brie is an almost!)     Oh yes  :)  My blessing plate was over flowing yesterday  :)
