5-11 Today I will
Today I will:
- not eat junk "road food"
- get out and walk before sitting 10 hours in the car
- love the pups we rescue today
- count my blessings that my children are happy and healthy and blessed with children of their own (ok Brie is an almost!)
Yesterday I:
- finish up the shower food without scarfing up the crumbs...
I did fine here! Did have a couple of quarter bars though but I didn't sneak or hide it. They didn't particularly like me though so I paid anyways!
- accept any compliments I get with grace
This is a hard one for me but I did pretty good. Only one person had seem me since surgery so it was pretty strange.
- drink water!!
Could have done better but today is a new day and I WILL do better!
- get in some exercise after the shower. I can walking the rain, I won't melt!
I collapsed lol was just too sore after the heels at the shower to go out tramping around in the rain.
Happy Mothers Day!!!! I slept in this morning. I needed it.
Today I will:
Take all my meds and supplaments.
Drink plenty of water
get in a 2+ mile walk.
Get my second bedroom organized. (maybe today I'll actually get it done.)
Call my mom today
Yesterday I:
Meet some wonderful people for coffee. Did this, even tho I had a bit of a challenge.
Finish moving my office, set up my computer and organize my desk
Accompolished this... I am the only one in the company who is ready to walk in monday morning and sit down and work.
Get in all my meds and water.(this posting has really helped with this.)I got all my meds in... could of done better on the water
Walk 2 miles today I am pretty sure I covered this and then some. Even in the rain
Mindful eating (it has helped with this also) Did pretty good on this one. A coworker bought pizza, now I still love pizza, however I ate one small slice.. and was not tempted for me.. I did eat a few M&M's last night. but not the whole bag. just a few.
Continue my journey of discovering myself. The biggest one I did for this one, I jogged through our long warehouse, about the length of an L shaped football field. Before if I tried that I would of made it 20 feet and been hacking up a lung!!!!!
Most of all maintain a positive upbeat supportive attitude to all. Did pretty good with this one.
