I didn't like it and couldn't get it down. My nurse at Abbott drinks it, but has it over ice and very cold. Tried that to and no way! Even tried it in my bullet as a slushy.....Good luck. I hope it works for you, I think the protein supplements are kind of a personal thing, some we like and some we don't.

Hugs So I see Troy looking studly in a bathing suit and Linda A looking outstanding as well. Is this what we do at goal with our Avitar? LOL. I actually took a preop shot in my bathing suit. I cannot figure out how to get it on my OH profile though from my Kodak gallery. I'm looking forward to the goal pic, that's for sure.
