Happy weekend!!!!!

Figured just because it's saturday don't mean we don't need accountability right!!!


Today I will:

Meet some wonderful people for coffee



Finish moving my office, set up my computer and organize my desk



Get in all my meds and water.(this posting has really helped with this.)



Walk 2 miles today


Mindful eating (it has helped with this also)



Continue my journey of discovering myself


Most of all maintain a positive upbeat supportive attitude to all..


Yesterday:

I got alot of walking in. I made a trip around the block at work, plus walked and walked and walked from my two offices on one side of the building, to my new office clear thru the warehouse (large L shaped warehouse) and up and down a bunch of stairs.



Eating: did okay with this. I did have a hot wing at lunch (boss sprang for lunch for moving day!!!!) and a brownie last night... but ate salads the rest of the day. The brownie was a treat, not an everyday thing. So I ate very slowly and enjoyed. However it did make me sick. Guess you can "reset" your tolerance by not eating any sweets for quite a while. Thats a good thing.

Heck yeah!!  Just have to hurry as I still have the shower food to finish up! Today I will: - finish up the shower food without scarfing up the crumbs... - accept any compliments I get with grace - drink water!! - get in some exercise after the shower.  I can walking the rain, I won't melt! Yesterday I: - Make sure to get nutritian  in whatever form Pouchie will accept     The Pouch is still not very happy.  I did eat half an oz of turkey, small slice of cheese, oatmeal, a bit of cantaloupe and watermelon and something else soft... yogurt!  It's going to be a healing trip here I think.  I refuse to let this stress eat a hole in me.!!! - drink more water so I don't dehydrate     Slipped up on this although I did manage about 50ozs.  Hubby says I'm a bit disoriented so I think that I'm slightly dehydrated... I really need to keep an eye on this!  I bought bottled water yesterday so have GOOD water to drink. - will maintain my self control and not nibble as I prepare the shower food for tomorrow!     ok... I licked my fingers a few times.  I also ate some cheese  :) and a bit of fruit... Overall not too bad though!

Today I will:

--Go on a walk with my mom and my dog
--Drink at least 3-4 protein shakes
--Try to keep up at work

Yesterday I:

--Exercised on the Gazelle
--Ate consistently throughout the day
--Had a variety of 'liquids'

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
