Fill your cup nearly to the top with ice then add water. Add your favorite flavor of Crystal Light, South Beach Diet, what ever SF packet you have and the blend! WOW!! Yummy! Slushy! Oh - but they DO! I order lots of SF and low carb/fat foods from netrition.com and have the strawberry margarita mix. Here's the link: http://www.netrition.com/baja_bobs_mix_page.html Walden Farms is also a featured product at netrition. They have sugar free, calorie free stuff like jam and marshmallow dip. I also just got the 0 calorie bbq sauce - it's scrumptious.

You know I keep meaning to make ice cubes and try this, but I always forget....maybe I pack up mine up & bring it with to my sisters this weekend and give it a whirl!

I put the fruit punch crystal lite into popcycle containers and I've been having them at night. They are yummy too!!! Thanks for this idea -- I'm going to try this weekend!!! Okay, maybe next weekend when it warms up!!! XXOO

YUM-OH!!! Have I mentioned to you all - Walgreens has 50 ct packs of Wylers sugar free lemonade, pink lemonade and I think fruit punch, for $5?? That's a fantastic price! Getchoosome!!!
