Today I will:
--work extra hard to move my butt at work
--drink at least 3 SlimFast shakes
--take the time to just relax 60-80oz of water
--drink some broth for some variation
Yesterday I:
-- Drank more water -- Made my shakes exciting by freezing them -- Cooked a meal for my friends and DIDN'T eat a bite -- Finished my freelance article -- which was a BIG release of looming stress!!!!!

Thanks so much!! I never realized I was that organized until I kept hearing it from people on these forums. lol. I am really glad to have the article done too! It's a 3-page magazine article and it's been causing me some stress the last few months.
