Today I will: - Make sure to get nutritian  in whatever form Pouchie will accept - drink more water so I don't dehydrate - will maintain my self control and not nibble as I prepare the shower food for tomorrow! Yesterday I: - post late again...     yep!  lol - WATER WATER WATER!!     Got in about 40 oz... having issues with Pouchie that I'll post about elsewhere - Smile at those I meet     I'm trying but this is getting harder and harder at work.  I love my co-workers but the stress is eating me up. - not miss meals so I'm so hungry I eat the wrong things.     Due to the stress the Pouch is mad... so eating is interesting.  Meals are liquid but I did get something in.

I am fast running out of time.. so will just post goals for today.

Today I will: walk, walk, walk as I shop, shop, shop for clothes at the Woodbury town sales make sure I still get in all my water and protein Yesterday, I: attended the support group in Woodbury at Allina Hospital - I highly recommend it - 2nd Thurs of the month, 6-7:30pm.  It was great, there were pre-ops there, a couple of us 6-7 months out and some years out. drank all my water, ate all my protein, took all my vits and walked and flirted with the cute guy at work AND I HAD A WOW MOMENT... I BOUGHT SIZE 8 WORK PANTS!!!!!!  Size 8! November 2007   pants size 24  shirts size 3x May 2008 (5months, 3weeks post-op)  pants size 8     shirts size small/med

Today I will...be mindful of my eating especially at lunch time, get in 100 ounces of liquids, take all of my calcium, attend power yoga and really focus on my breath, walk/run Lake of the Isles, pack bag for the weekend, not allow myself to go back down the path of my previous mental illness.  Yesterday I...get in 100 ounces of liquids--only got in 60 ounces due to a trip to the dentist and being numb for the 3 hours following, take all of my calcium--yup!, be mindful of my eating--for the most part, walk/run for 1 hour--decided I needed a rest day, find a different yoga class to go to ( I have a dentist appointment that conflicts with the time I normally take class)--decided to take a rest day, not become obsessed with the scale--yup!, and not snack after dinner--I found a very healthy snack and I needed more calories as I only had 565 after dinner.

Yup only one more visit then all of my cavaties are fixed (years of depression can really wreak havoc on one's teeth). I am hoping for only semi-annual cleanings from now on.
