I think I am addicted to this.. I know by starting it each morning it helps me to get in the mindset for the day.

Today I will:

WALK: I haven't been doing real good on this one



Drink all my water: This one has improved a lot since being on here.



Be mindful about my eating: I am going to take a page from a post I seen last night. I am going to start writing down everything I eat, Not only to make sure I am staying under, but also that I am eating enough.


Work: I will stay focused, keeping my eye on the goal of becoming the best in the positions I hold with this company.



Yesterday I:
Concentrate on my job. I did this pretty well. I also found areas for improvement, which I have started working on


Take all my meds and my water. Did a pretty good job of this.


Walk: I only made it around my building at work,(big building, it's a warehouse and office) twice. This is an area for improvement


Continue my journey of finding me. Each day I am finding is a new adventure. Some ups, some downs. but always with my eye on the goals.

Today I will...get in 100 ounces of liquids, take all of my calcium, be mindful of my eating, walk/run for 1 hour, find a different yoga class to go to ( I have a dentist appointment that conflicts with the time I normally take class), not become obsessed with the scale, and not snack after dinner. Yesterday I...got in 104 ounces of liquids, went to yoga and did all poses without modification, walk/run for 1 hour (I found a new trail!), had a small snack after dinner (but it was all protien and my body felt like it needed more protien after the workout I gave it last night), didn't pack or get the fridge cleaned out because I added the walk/run after yoga and was ready to relax after dinner.

Thanks to Diane for starting this for us!!  The dogs actually have let me sleep a bit!! Today I will: - post late again... - WATER WATER WATER!! - Smile at those I meet - not miss meals so I'm so hungry I eat the wrong things. Yesterday I: - be late posting     I did good at this one!  lol
- vitamins and water  - LOTS of water!     Got all my vitamins in and had about 50 oz of water.  I can still get more water in but these past few days have been kind of weird.
- be positive in everything I do     This one was tested a number of times through the day but it's amazing what a smile can do to you and to those around you!!
- go for a walk     Roger and I walked the road back and forth.  It was such a nice day!!
