can 6 months have gone by already?
So today is my 6 month surgerversary!!! I have lost a total of 60lbs and 40 inches! I cant believe it! I am in a smaller size than I was in high school! I have learned alot about my eating habits and why I eat. I am still working on that but at least I can recognize it. I have made a lot of friends in this process and that is just as exciting as the weight loss. I am so thankful that God has given me this oppurtunity! It is humbling as well as exciting. I would like to say a special thank you to my great friend Brea! She has been with me throughout this entire experience. I dont know what I would have done without her. You have been my friend, my sister, my accountability, and the kick in the butt that I needed! I love you girl!

but at least it is a good cry!! I am so proud of your accomplishments through this whole process and there have been so many besides the weight and inches loss!! You truely are a new person. You are definently discovering who you really are and you are my inspiration in that! Good Job...I am SOOOOOOOO very rpoud of you!!!
