Yup, I am working my hardest to follow those rules, especially at night. The rule now is once I am in bed I stay there, no more late night snacking for this girl!

Thank you Connie! I have found that I actually like to look at the girl I see in the mirror (or reflection from the windows in my office)! I would have never imagined I could be this happy/proud of myself!
