5/7 Today I will

Today I will: - be late posting
- vitamins and water  - LOTS of water!
- be positive in everything I do
- go for a walk
Yesterday I: - drink more water     I got about 60 oz in so not bad for me  :) - get more exercise - maybe jump on the bowflex and see how it feels     I ended up going for a walk instead.  Time just isn't on my side lately with everything going on. - be happy to go to work and not cry     I went to work with a smile on my face and pleasant greetings for everyone I talked to. - be mindful when I eat     I'm having some issues eating.  Nothing is settling in.  I ended up eating a part of a Braut, a couple of crackers with tuna on them and the heel of a rye loaf with a touch of butter.  OH and one cheese stick - Listen to some great music!!     I really need to get music back into my life.  It's what has carried me through so many stages and why I'm not engaging it though this journey is a mystery I have to solve.  So I turned on the radio on the way to work and jammed  :)

Way to go on getting in more water!  I have found that if I plan my meals ahead of time I am much more likely to eat well.  Music is a big part of my life as well and I think that is part of why I enjoy workingout because I get to jam to the music on my MP3 player!  Hope you have a good day to day!
