Lap or open

I have a  hysterectomy scar and also another right next to it where they went in to remove my ovaries a few years ago. My surgeon did a LapRNY and didn't have any problems.  Be sure to follow that Liquid Diet and don't cheat. They need the liver shrunk as much as possible. They need all the room they can get to move around the scar tissue. Good luck....connie d

Thank you Connie- that kind of makes my day to hear that.  I have not gotten as far as the liquid diet yet, but from what I read- I don't think I am looking forward to it either.   BUT, I can do it.  I just pray my insurance goes through when I get to that point also.  God Bless everyone *****sponded to my question.  Jan
