Tuesday Coffee Talk

Good Tuesday morning everyone here on my Minnesota Board!  I thank God for you all.  I heard ya'll had a blast at MG Coffee this past Saturday.  I can not wait to meet all of you!  How'd ya sleep?  I slept SO good.  Nothing like a great nights sleep.  Today is going to be a great day and we are going to make it even better!  Right?   Our challenge for today is to watch what you say.  Have you ever thought that your attitude makes you who you are?  Have you ever just sat back and listened to yourself?  What you were saying?  You attitude as you spoke?  I dare you today, well, I challenge you today to listen and watch what you say.  As you listen to YOU, you might hear things that you can't believe you are saying.  Sometimes I catch myself saying something and I can't believe I just said that.  Then I have to appologized.  So, for this Tuesday, lets listen to ourselves and realize what we are saying.  People make see us by what we say.  How are you seen? So, who's up this morning?  What cha sipping on?  I'm loving me some awesome Boca Java Vacation Villa Vanilla this a.m.  Man oh man is it good too!   Ya'll have a wonderful and blessed day as you "hear" you today!

Hi Randal, I've never "met" you.. so here it is. I am one of the newest members to the MG coffee group. Just moved into this area from sw metro and Rochester. I met Lucy last monday at her special coffee.. what a beautiful soul. You have to be a great guy and a smart one to get someone as sweet as her.

I have been practicing mindful talking for a while now. But today I will listen a little closer. We can always learn to be better.

I just finished my cup of coffee, and about to have another one.

Randall,  Ohhh, good one........I hope I'm seen as a caring person, a person who is finally just being me, like a butterfly coming out of her cacoon......... Today I will listen to myself, and watch what I say. I know I've been a little short lately with hubby as I'm frustrated with this stall I'm going through. He's the last person I want to be short with........ Thank you for this post. Maybe the sun shinning will help me out today.... Coffee was great in MG. Lucy is still just beaming.
