5/5 Today I will
Hope everyone had a great weekend. I didn't see this posted yet today, and I have to go to work soon so I decided to start it.
Today I will
Take my vitamins drink my water.
Walk
Do my best at my work.
Stay focused on eating.
Yesterday:
Go to target and get the stuff to maintain my new do. Did this. and found out I can SQEEZE into a 10.. what a concept
Take my vitamins, get in my water:
Did this.. best I've done on water in a long time
Get my walk in.
Went for about a 2 mile walk.
My housework
Did dishes, vacuuming and cleaned the cats room (bathroom where her kitty box is.)
Get my second bedroom organized
Okay didn't get this done. Maybe next weekend. We'll see
Clean out my car
Did this one.
Mindful eating.
I was very aware of everything I ate today. But can't figure out why I got sick on an apple??? They never bothered me before.

Today I will:
- eat proper meals and in the right portions with controlled snacks for work
- go to work with a smile on my face even though it's going to be very uncomfortable there
- exercise!!
- get in all my water & vitamins
Yesterday I:
- Enjoy my time with friends and have *1* of Mark's homemade cookies
Saved! I had a blast and Mark didn't bake lol I did however have a few chips and crackers. Made sure I ate the higher fiber ones.
- do the vitamin and water thing
Did fine here. It's the raspberry lemonade flavor of that vitawater stuff I like. I need to find more of it!
- mentally prepare myself for going back to work tomorrow
I prepared all right... I ignored the nastiness :)
- finish up my grievance work
I will be doing this today instead as my visit lasted longer than anticipated.
- be mindful when I am eating - make it the only thing I'm doing at the time.
I could have done better on this. I'll continue it through today and see how it goes.
Today I will...get in 100 ounces of water, get in all of my calcium (I bought a new flavor which will help!), be mindful when eating, go to yoga and sty focused and 200%, make good food choices for dinner at Panera Bread tonight.
Yesterday I...only got in 70 ounces of liquid (I forgot to bring something to drink on the drive home), made up for the slip up the night before (walked an extra 3 miles), started training for the marathon, made really good food choices.
