You are what you EAT and WHO you hang out with! Choices=Outcome~ what's YOUR choice??
I'm not perfect but I am going to die trying!!!
Welcome to the MN Board! I agree with everyone else in that there is nothing wrong with you. I would suggest talking with your doc about all of this and seeing if they have any suggestions for changes you could make or have them check to see if there is something medically going on that is keeping you from losing the weight (like thyroid issues or medication side effects). ~Nicole
I agree with the others - there's nothing wrong with you! But we do need a little more info.....
Are you eating protein first and then veggies?
No drinking with meals or for 30-45 minutes after?
Limiting snacks....and then making good choices?
Getting your water in during the day?
Exercising?
Those are the basics anyway.
And, what's going on with your fill amount? Were you having problems and they took some out?
The good news is you lost weight and seem to have maintained that loss. I know you want to get further though. If you ever want to talk, let me know. I know I would not have been as successful without the support groups that I attend. It helps to talk to others who know what you're going through!

That sounds kinda weird. I mean, you do have to work with the band, but it's got to be filled to right amount for you and do it's part too. Did they say why they thought it was too tight?
If the band is doing it's job, you should get full on 1 to 1-1/2 cups of food made up mostly of protein and veggies and maybe a little carb, and that should keep you full for a good 4 hours or so.
That's what my doc uses to figure out how much saline to add.
Is that about how you're eating?
