5-4 Today I will !!
Today I will
- Enjoy my time with friends and have *1* of Mark's homemade cookies
- do the vitamin and water thing
- mentally prepare myself for going back to work tomorrow
- finish up my grievance work
- be mindful when I am eating - make it the only thing I'm doing at the time.
Yesterday I
- relax and not ball myself all up with stress
I did ok with this. It's hard when I"m home by myself with all the dogs.
- do the vitamin and water thing RIGHT!
I DID IT! lol
- get as much done for the baby shower as I can
Finished the diaper cake and put together half of the favors.
- take time to enjoy the dogs (we rescue so it's not like 1-2 poochies... I think we have about 20 in and about the house right now... and they all need special loving :) )
The foster dogs were outside most of the day so I didn't get to interact with them like I wanted. I did work with Baby though on her DOWN and SIT. we are coming along. Took a scissors to Mia and got a matt off her as well.
Today I will....go for a run/walk either at my parents' or around one of the lakes when I get home, stay away from the brownies, not give into snacking on the drive home, get in 100 ounces of liquid, be mindful of my eating, make healthy choices regarding food, and enjoy the morning/afternoon with my family.
Yesterday I...not sneak food -- did good until the evening when the brownies were calling my name, get in all 100 ounces of liquids -- I think I only got in around 60 ounces, take all of my calcium -- did get this accomplished
Today I will:
Go to target and get the stuff to maintain my new do.
Take my vitamins, get in my water
Get my walk in.
My housework
Get my second bedroom organized
Clean out my car
Mindful eating.
Yesterday I:
Coffee: I am so looking forward to seeing all my new friends. They really rock

Walk: I moved next to a great little park I am gonna check it out. Didn't do this exactly, but did do 3 laps around mall of america, lost my car and spent 45 minutes in the ramp looking for it. So I think I can say I got my walk in
Second Bedroom: I will get this organized today.=well didn't get this done
Take my vitamins and water: Remember vitamins and meds gernally. but not so good on the water

Meals: will keep to the 3 meals no more then a cup. and maybe one "healthy snack"Did pretty good at this
Continue my journey on learning who I am.= Got my hair cut, and found out I am a size 12. I think I can say I accomplished this.

I'll try to get it up asap in the morning. That time will depend on if I work the night before though or if the dogs let me sleep in after sunrise lol And you know... anyone can start this!! Let's do our best to keep it going though!
