5-3 Today I will...
Today I *WILL* <-- yes heavy emphasis on the WILL!!
- relax and not ball myself all up with stress
- do the vitamin and water thing RIGHT!
- get as much done for the baby shower as I can
- take time to enjoy the dogs (we rescue so it's not like 1-2 poochies... I think we have about 20 in and about the house right now... and they all need special loving :) )
Yesterday I
- not eat because I am depressed about the weather
I kept myself to 3 meals although the timing was a bit goofy. I need to learn to space them out better.
- keep my hands busy doing things other than eating
I certainly did! I played on the computer, worked on shower stuff and went shower shopping with Brie!
- take ALL my doggone vitamins and drink my water
I'll get this right eventually... I'm going to staple a water bottle to my butt so everytime I sit, I"m reminded lol
- SMILE!
This I did a lot of as I got time to spend with my baby girl :) This always brings a smile to my face!
Okay I didn't do this yesterday, but AM going to make an effort to post and do this everyday.!
Coffee: I am so looking forward to seeing all my new friends. They really rock
Walk: I moved next to a great little park I am gonna check it out.
Second Bedroom: I will get this organized today.
Take my vitamins and water: Remember vitamins and meds gernally. but not so good on the water
Meals: will keep to the 3 meals no more then a cup. and maybe one "healthy snack"
Continue my journey on learning who I am.
