How do you get a weight loss ticker....

How do you make a weight loss ticker show up on your posts?  I am confused???? Jennifer

go to tickerfactory.com and once you have created the ticker, copy THE PICTURE of the ticker, not the typed stuff.   Then paste the ticker picture into your signature area in your user settings (left side of this page and once in the area, toward the middle bottom of page).  Save it and you should be in business.  This user settings place is also where you browse and find your avatar picture (hint, hint). Thanks, I will try.  I tried to load a picture, but it will not let me.  I think my camera has too many pixels so it takes up too much space.  If you click on my name there is a picture of me and my son.  Not a good picture of me, but I do not let anyone photograpgh me at this point (it was the only one I could find).  Anyway I am going to go and try to do the ticker and see if it works. To resize your picture to get it into your avatar, go to shrinkpictures.com and "create an avatar". Browse for the picture on your computer, click open, change the size from 200 x 200 to 100 x 200, and click resize.  Copy the picture you want into your "user settings" on the OH board and save. Hit F5 to update your picture so you can see it on your profile page --- you should be good to go. Good luck...
