This girls needs some help!

Hello everyone, I know my sister introduced me last week, but it has taken me this long to get her to teach me how to send a post.  So to everyone *****plied, I didn't get to read them cause I didn't know how to find my way back to this board either.  Thank you all for your well wishes and kindness.  I have been reading on the lap band board and everyone has these really cool "tickers"  that show your progress....I want one too.....but I don't know how.   Some people have asked on that board but there hasn't been a reply.  Jen said you all would help.  Please use simple directions, without abbreviations, and small words.  Come on, its taken me a week to get this far.   I can laugh at myself though, so its all good.    I'm doing great, down 13 pounds in 10 days.  I'm still pretty nervous about every little pinch and pain but trying not to obsess.  If any of you know Jen you can be sure its a family trait that I inherited from Dad.  Hope everyone has a great day.

Welcome, Bella's auntie!!! Tickers aren't too rough... click on mine, it'll take you out to a site called "Ticker Factory".  Follow the instructions to create your own.  When you see the ticker you've created all ready to go, right click on it, copy, then come back here.   On the left of the screen here you'll see "User Settings" - click on that, and paste (right click & paste) your ticker into your Signature block, then go down to the bottom and save!  I haven't done it for a spell, but I believe that'll do it!
