Calcium Supplement

Thank-you to the person on the board that recommended UPCal D.  I just received mine yesterday and it is great.  I little bitty scoop has 500 mg's of calcium Citrate & Vit D and it just has just a slightly sweet taste.  It can be mixed with anything.  It also comes in individual packets.  I LOVE IT!   No more pills to cut and choke down or get stuck.  I got a tylenol stuck at 3 weeks and have turned into a real baby about swallowing pills whole.  This is great......... You may want to try the walmart, equate extra stenth antacid tablets.  I take 2 three times a day.  The Assorted Berris Flavor, it is actually very tasty!  Cheap too!  Chewable like Tumms with better flavor and cost.
