Dry Heaving

Hi Everybody, On Tuesday night right when I went to bed I had gotten really sick and I started to dry heave.  It was the most uncomfortable feeling ever. I ate my dinner at about 6:30 p.m. and went to bed around 10 p.m. Does anybody know what could have caused this? If so, is there anyway to prevent this from happening again.  After the dry heave episode my stomach started to hurt and I had a hard time sleeping.

Could be a number of things.  Tummy didn't agree with what you ate, didn't chew good enough, stressed out, ate to fast, ect.   Sorry for the pain!  Blek..I know! Hugs!

Thanks for the suggestions on what it could be.  I am only a month out and got a little scared.  I just hope what ever I did it doesn't happen again. Thanks

Oh this can sooooo happen again.  For any of the reasons Sandie listed, and not at the same time.  Sucks!!!  But it sure makes you think about EVERY bite you take.   Sorry you had the pain -- if the tummy is still a little sore, go back to protein shakes for a couple of days to let it heal. XXOO
