Well....sort of. I was thinking about the fact that I've lost 7lbs. And I thought, "wow that's really nothing.... that's like my toe." But then I thought about what else is 7lbs...... and I thought about a 7lb bowling ball. Now THAT's pretty damn heavy. It's a great way to think about your weight. Whether it's a 7lb,10lb or 13lb bowling ball, how many bowling balls have you lost? I can't wait until the day I lose ten 10lb bowling balls! lol

I have lost 8 10 lbs bowling balls. I have often try to visual what the weight compared to. In my mind it's one of my 60 lbs. dogs and 1 on my kids.

Well, Yelena honey, that's WAY COOL!!!  Bowling Balls.  hmm...  I'll tell you this much, I wouldn't be able to carry around that many!!! I relate my pounds lost to bags of dog food.  You saw a picture of my doggie, Hazel - BIG doggie!  We buy 40 pound bags.  I've lost 3 & 1/2 bags!  And ya know what?  Hauling ONE of those suckers out to the car takes some serious effort!  Big, bulky, awkward.  Times 3.5   BIG.  BULKY.  AWKWARD.   Yup, that pretty much sums it up!!!

Yelena~That is great!  You are right when you break it down into objects and think about carrying that around it puts it in a little different perspective.  I have lost 8-10 pound bowling balls and 1-7 pound bolwing ball....yikes I can't even imagine hauling that around anymore.  Guess that is why I was tired all of the time.  Keep up the great work, you are doing so awesome!

That is a fun way to think of it!  Pretty soon, you will have your own alley full of balls, LOL I like to visualize that I have lost Linda Anne, although she has lost more weight.  Still, can you imagine that for so many years I had "her" strapped on me????  No wonder I was so tired
