Waiting Approval

I'm waiting for my approval and I'm just so nervous! I have changed my eating habits and been working out, I just want to know if I'm approved!? I have Health Partners, how long did everyone else have to wait to hear from their insurance? Thanks! Sarah

I had HP as well and only waited about a week for my approval. Oh and take advantage of the phone counseling program they have I found it really helpful! Good luck, hopefully you will hear back soon!

Yeah I have really enjoyed the phone courses, the website they recommended Calorieking.com has been a good help to. Thanks so much for the support!

Just wanted to say HI and WELCOME! You are in great hands with Dr. Benn 2 of my friends had him! I had his collegue(sp?). THe wait for approval is the most nerve wracking time! Hang in there! Hugs

Thank you so much for the words of advice. So I would assume you are happy with the Southdale program? There were SO many to choose from I didn't know where to go. But I really felt good with the informational session so I proceeded with Southdale.

If you know it was submitted to insurance - wait until friday and then call the HP customer service and just ask the status. Best of luck!

Hey Sarah, Congrats on your submittal. Just so you know, the waiting is the most nerve wracking part. I had HealthPartners, but the company I had it with required pre-approval and they had submitted it long before I even knew. So, I was approved and didn't even know it. Good Luck, hopefully you'll know by the end of the week.
