On my scale, I have a Total Body Water ... when I first got the scale about a month ago, my TBW 34%. Then I started drinking water (before, I only drank pop)... I now drink about 6-10 cups of water daily and NO pop. I stepped on the scale today and my TBW is 37% It  may  be little but I think that's  fantastic. It shows progress.

I've never heard of a scale that measures body water.  That's kind of cool.  How much should your body water be? Congrats on the improvement!  We can always use more water, especially in the windy weather and with summer coming...way to stay hydrated! And congrats on not drinking pop anymore!  I know how hard that can be to give up.  Keep up the good work!! Debi

CONGRATS TO YOU.  Great job on getting the pop out of your system and getting in the water.  While we may not WANT to give up on things, we HAVE to give them up to be successful ....  If we knew more than the doctors and nurses, we wouldn't have gotten to where we were to need the surgery. I'd be interested in how much TBW a person should have too.   XXOO

Sounds like a great step in the right direction- I was a Coca Cola drinker big time!  Gave it up in January and don't miss it!  It was LONGGGGGGG over due!

Congrats on your success!
