back from TN... update on mom
Lori,
You are a very strong beautiful woman and don't ever forget that. It is always hard to make tough desicions like that and it is even harder to make them selflessly. You and your family will be in my thoughts.
Let me know if you will be at work on Thursday morning... if you are I will say hi before I leave the hospital.
I'm not really sure when it gets done. I know they told me about how long it takes but I forgot. My mom is taking me there and taking me home so I don't need a ride. I think she wants to do it so she can be there and make sure I'm o.k.
I will be in the check in area at 6:00 and I think my surgery starts at around 7:00 so I'm sure I will have a few minutes to say hi to you before they start my prep.
Lori -- I am praying for peace and love for you, your mother, and your family. Know that the decisions you made for your mother on behalf of your family had to be made so your mother enters the garden of heaven peacefully. Giving up a loved one to the spiritual release is not easy and I commend and respect you for taking charge for her when she cannot.
