On Friday, I did something I've NEVER done before...
I asked a guy out! He said no.
I asked him for a ride on his Harley.
But he told me the only reason he said no, was that he's never given anyone a ride on his motorcycle before and he was afraid I'd get hurt. He kept telling me that he would do it, if he felt like he was a better driver.
So...my friend thinks that means he wanted to say and maybe wants me to ask him something he can say yes to. I'm wondering if he kept explaining because he wanted me to know the answer is NO.
What do you think????

Does he realize you were asking him out? Asking for a ride on his Harley and a date might be two very different things for a guy. But I think he meant nothing bad by it... if people don't feel safe driving a Harley... they will take it serious and not let anyone ride. WAY TO GO BY THE WAY!! You have guts!
LOL. Ok! :-) Well, either way... WAY TO GO!
I feel so silly... I feel like it's definitely spring!! I'm in such a GOOD mood and you know what? I don't care if I get shot down again, when the opportune time comes, I'm asking him out and this time I will make sure it's something he WILL want to do. If he says no, well then, it was good practice. And if he says yes, well...YAY!
I think he's interested...he keeps coming up to me and asking me the most bizarre, off-the-wall questions, and will just stare at me and smile this silly looking grin. Yesterday I asked him why he was looking at me like that and he just smiled bigger and walked away! What a dork! I feel like I'm in high school again!!
But I am having fun. It's nice to have the attention....
