First Fill today!!!!!

Hope all goes well with your fill today. My actual fills only take a couple of minutes each time. I have a talk with the doc about how much I eat at a meal (and what I eat) and how long I stay full and that helps him determine how much saline to add. Then he numbs the area, fills me, I take a drink of water to make sure it goes down ok, and I'm out of there. My fills are done right in the office. Some docs do them under flouro, but I've never had it done that way. You might not feel a lot of difference from the first fill. Sometimes takes a few to get to really good restriction. Just remember to make good choices most of the time! Let us know how it goes.

Good luck with your fill today! I am not very familiar with the whole process, but I hope it helps! I think that joining the Y would be a good idea it always seems easier to get out and exercise when you are paying for it!
