Anyone care to join me in making small mini daily goals?  I need to kick myself in the butt and publicly is the best way for me. So today I will: - Take all my vitamins - Get 60oz of water in - NOT eat any saltines!!!

Good reminder, Lori!  I haven't taken my vitamins yet! Today, I will: - keep my hands out of the bars I brought to work to get rid of!

Today I will: ~.....serious! ~Make the healthiest food choices ~Make it to 100oz of water!(challenge, not impossible) ~ everyone, even thos who are hard to love! AWESOME post! Blessings!

Thanks Lori, this is a really good idea! Today I will...get in at least 80 ounces of water (100 would be better), try the balancing poses without the modification today in yoga, remember to take all of my calcium, and make healthy choices if I need a snack.
