Monday morning weigh in
Don't worry - you have lost an amazing amount of weight in a short period of time. Your body will go through stalls. I have been on stalls that lasted for a couple WEEKS. But, I didn't let it get me down or discourage me because I knew stalls were a normal part of the process.
Plug your daily food intake as well as exercise into Sparkpeople.com (or Fitday) and start tracking things and making sure you are getting plenty of protein and water in. You'll be amazed at how "good" you want to be when you have to be accountable for everything you eat by putting it down in black and white.
Hang in there!

Morning everyone!
After having surgery last Thursday I went up a pound this week to 200... I really wanted to stay under that 200 mark but next week will get me right back there!
I'm still pretty bloated and such so things should level out nicely :) I also should be able to move around a bit more this coming week. *sigh* that and the stress level should taper off some so I quit going for those damn saltines... ok maybe the pound gain isn't the surgery... but the stress eating. There I said it!! *cry*
ok back at it!!
*hugs*
I think I finally broke out of my slump because I am down to 202.6 today and the last time I weighed myself I was around 205.
Marsha~I think hitting a stall is normal around this time. I would agree with Barb that you might want to check with your doctor before going on a 2 week liquid diet.
Love & Hugs,
Nicole
Hon, I have to agree with Barb... I'd check with doc before doing the LD. stalls happen... relax. get your butt on track if you've been slacking and up your protein and water.... we've got to break our cycles of the yo yo stuff. hang in there doll!

Hi Marsha, As an old-timer who has NEVER done the liquid diet - I think you're jumping the gun as well. You shouldn't have to do a liquid diet at this point. If you're falling off the wagon, just pick yourself up and continue on. You will have slow points in the weight loss - but it WILL come off. If it came off as fast as we wanted it to, we'd all be thin overnight.
Patience my dear...all will be well.
