Does anyone know of an ice cream cone like McDonalds's or D. Queen that is sugarless?  I'm dying for just a little bit of ice cream or whatever you want to call something in a cone.

waaaahhhhh

Sharon, I've even tried the sugar free ice cream and it didn't set very well. I was sick for an hour after. Try sugar free pudding......... Kelly

When I feel like I need some ice cream I have a yogurt and that seems to satisfy the need.  I know I need to stay away from the real thing.  Funny thing is I never was an ice cream fanatic but do crave it now sometimes.  Like I said before..............if I could fix the head I'd be home free!!!!! Blue Bunny makes a sugar free fudge bar that is good and I think about 35-50 calories if I remember right.  They taste pretty close to the real thing and are a nice change from sugar free popcicles.  Kemps might have some too - just look for sugar free fudge pops...

I guess I satisfy this craving every morning with my protein shake, I mix it with protein powder, some sugar free pudding and sometimes strawberries or apple. Sometimes I use Yogart too....different seasonings add to the whole experience too.....like Cinnemon, ginger.....yummmy. Oh and I add my ground flax seed too, so I can get my Omegas in!! Mix it all up with crushed ice in my Majic Bullet and have it for breakfast. I have gotten pretty creative with mixtures and always keep it under 300 calories (usually like 200 calories) and is my breakfast most mornings. I cn drink it while on my way to work and it really fills me up....I really do not crave ice cream any more, and I used to go thru a gallon in a week, easy before WLS!!! Hope this helps, CarolN

Dairy Queen has sugar free fudge cycles. They  also have some sugar free and low sugar dilly bars.  These may not be perfect but a good option and some you can get when you are not at home.
