SWAPKINS -- wow!

All I have to say is.... Swapkins was AMAZING! I am so glad I came out! It was my first time and I felt kind of guilty that I had no clothes (not quite a loser yet!), but DEAR LORD.... so much clothes.

AND, it was so nice to see everyone. It's so nice to meet people that you have never met and then get a HUG from them! What a wonderful group! I can't wait to bring in my clothes some day and share it. You guys are truly generous. I honestly almost cried on my way to work thinking that I actually have some new, decent, well-fitting clothes to wear. It's so hard to find sometimes and what is worse -- I often feel horrible buying it and even more horrible trying it on in the store in front of a huge mirror. This is probably the first time I felt DAMN GOOD about what I was getting. Thank you all!

Oh! P.S. I'm sorry I had to run so quickly.... I had work at 2:30pm.... was a little late, but well worth it!

Yelena, it was a genuine pleasure meeting you and chatting with you at Swapkins yesterday!    So glad it was a successful adventure for you;  your surgery is really coming up quickly, and you'll do very well!   Best of the best for you as you progress forward, cottage cheese sistah!  Hugs galore, Patti

It was awesome! I have a ton of clothes to last through the summer. WOOHOO! Thanks to Linda for opening her home to all of us, thanks to everyone for the fun, food, conversation and clothes ~ although I didn't do a lot of chatting I was too busy hoarding the clothes!
