Just thought I'd share what I have tried! And it's AWESOME!!! South Beach Living on the go "Tide Me Over" Natural Strawberry Banana It's a drink with 3g protein, 5g Fiber, 30 calories and 0 sugars!!! YUMMMMMMMY!!! and it does help "Tide me Over"!!! Hugs!
