Any tips on neck firming?
Cocoa butter cream, drink tons of water, give it time -- takes about 2 years to catch up with weight loss I hear.
I say my vowels all day long -- Aaaaaaaaa, Eeeeeeee, Iiiiiiii, Ooooooo, Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. If you really use the throat muscles to stretch the skin, it does firm up===plus helps your face muscles too. But don't do too many in a day -- I actually hurt my throat muscles I was doing it so much. You could do those while doing the kegal (sp) exercises all us gals do too!!!
