HELP How do I resize my photo to fit!!

Okay, I am FINALLY getting around to updating my profile picture. but I can't seem to figure out how to resize my picture...HELP.. Thanks

Go to www.shrinkpictures.com.  You can upload it there and they will size it for you.  I think OH wants them 100x100 - you can choose that size when re-sizing.  There is a link you can click to shrink a picture to avatar size - that would be the easiest.  Just choose 100 pixels.
