How do I post a picture/avatar?

Usually I'm a little more computer savvy but for whatever reason I can't figure this one out.  I can't blame it on being blonde so I'll go with....it's early?!? Any help is appreciated.  I have to also brag that today will be my 5th day without any Mountain Dew,,,,,that is huge for me and I knew I would have to give it up before the surgery but I kept putting it off, now I am on my way.  I have a killer headache but when you drink 6 bottles a day that's going to happen. Congrats on the Mt dew!  That was my big downfall too!  I havent had any in about 6 months!  Make sure to drink plent of water for that headache! About the pics.  Go to user settings which is on the left side of your screen.  Then you will have to upload the pic you want.  If you need to make it smaller this is a free website for that....http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/resize.php If you have any other questions, you can PM me!

On the "user settings" (to the left while reading this post) -- click on it. On that page, browse for your picture and then when it is in the box, hit download.  If it won't fit, you may have to go to www.shrinkpictures.com , create an avatar and when you size it make it 100 x 200.  Copy that picture and paste it into the box for downloading back on the "user settings" OH page. When you are done, you can hit F5 and it should update your posting with a new picture. You can also go to your profile and update it doing the same thing.   Good luck!!!
