Anyone having WLS at MeritCare -Fargo, ND??

12 days to go and I'll FINALLY be having WLS. One year and 9 months in the thinking and making and yet I still can't believe its finally happening.<br />

Just wondering if there is anyone else out there having WLS or had WLS at MeritCare in Fargo, ND with Dr. Monson or had Dr. Howell?

Your day is coming up soon and all of that thinking and appointments will have paid off and you will emerge from the OR with the greatest gift ever...a second chance at life.  I had my surgery at Methodist in St. Louis Park so I can't help you out with what the doc's or hospital you are going to will be like.  I will say a prayer that you have an uneventful suregery and a quick recovery. Hang in there less than 2 weeks left and man does that time fly by! Although I haven't personally had any experiences there, I do know a few people who did have their surgeries there and have had a very positive result.  That's also where my family has been hospitalized and say the staff is excellent.  Best wishes for a successful surgery and quick recovery!
