TIME TO TOOT

Good Afternoon Fellow Losers... Blast from the past.......... For those of you I havent met yet HELLO and for those of you I havent seen in awhile  HUGS!! So my title.....  Its your turn to TOOT your own horn... what are you doing good... what have you worked on and changed. This isnt a ( my stuff is smaller but still jiggles) kind of post... GET OVER IT.. ITS SMALLER RIGHT?!!! If you forget where you came from how can you enjoy the right now and the today! I challenge you all... if you say one negative thing about yourself or find yourself playing an old tapes in your head, replace it with one good one.  Old tapes and negative thoughts will demolish any attempts to step into your new life. You cannot fail at this.... you can however sabotage yourself to slow it down to a standstill. So no more complaining... love every pound off your body... love every inch that comes off your butt! Yea yea we all have issues and cravings and wants... but you are bigger than a chunk of meat.. a piece of chocolate... some bread.   Tell it to **** off... Ok.. MY toot... I run my scale... like David Copperfield I make it go up and down and its fun... I own it it doesnt own me. When I get the munchies..its one day.. not the end of my life or my thinness.... its one day. And toot toot I weigh 117 pounds and wear a size 2 or 4. I love being thin.... I love being me. So come on.......................   toot

***giggle*** "toot" LOL!!!!  Sounds like you need GAS-X!!  LOL!! Ahhhh, ya know I love you!  And WTG GF!!!  You have rocked that tool, followed the rules, worked your butt off (literally) and deserve to "TOOT" (**giggle**)!!!   I have learned alot from you and I sooooo appreciate your honesty, the way you have cheerleaded me when needed and when you have told me to grow up and stop whining!! My "toot"......I DID IT!!!  I am maintaining!!!  Wooo Hoooo!  I followed the rules, USED my tool properly and WOOO HOOOOOO reaping the rewards!! Love and HUGS!

Woohoo!  Good idea! My toot: Hubby and I purchased a treadmill last October and it has not collected dust.  It has not been a "clothes hanger" or another object taking up space.  I USE it and have regularly since we bought it - 5 to 6 times per week!   I started off at no incline walking at a 2.6 speed for about 20 to 30 minutes.  I now do almost the highest incline at 3.5 speed and do that for 45 minutes to an hour!  I FEEL great! I am losing 3 to 4 pounds per month.  3 to 4 a month adds up over these months that SPEED by.  I'm NOT GAINING every month anymore!  Thank God for my tool that my surgeon gave me on May 30, 2007. On May 19, 2008 - the day of my liquid diet - I weighed 240 pounds...the highest weight I have ever weighed in my life.  I now weigh 161 (I saw 160 for a brief second, lol) and have lost nearly 80 pounds.  80 freakin' pounds - thats like two of my 7 year old son!!!! lol I am 22 pounds from my main goal and 34 from my ultimate goal.  I WILL get there thanks to my WLS. TOOT!  TOOT! (((Hugs))) Michelle

Oops, that should have said "May 19, 2007 - the day of my liquid diet".  (May 19, 2008 isn't even here yet. lol)

My toot is I am doing this the way that feels right.  I have lost close to 30 lbs on my own just changing the way I eat during my 6 months of dietician visits.   I walked away from the temptation today!  I am craving pizza.  I could so have bought some when I filled up with gas.  I walked the other way. Love your avater!

Yea... pizza.... PISH you know what it tastes like... and get a mirror.. check behind you and then say thank you pizza!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr One day you will have pizza and youll have a small peice and be SO happy with that one peice. I promise. Get up on top of that craving and feel really good for beating it down! Good job!
