I joined a softball league through my work and boy do I have issues. I can catch and throw and bat ok, but running---not pretty. Was wondering if there is anything out there that would keep my chest and belly from moving in the oposite direction of my feet. My sports bra is now to big, so if I buy a super small one, that might be helpful. I am not sure if I should be looking for support underware or a body band or what. Any ideas???

I use the tops of nylons. Old ones that had runs in them, I cut the legs off and just use the top. It is cheap and works pretty good to keep everything tucked in. As for the top, a smaller sports bra will help too.

First off, YAY YOU for joining the softball league!!!  I used to play in college, but yeah - the whole running thing ?  not sure I'll ever be comfortable with that again - if not for the reasons you shared, for my knee's sake.  OUCH!  But YOU GO, GIRL!

As for how to address your shakin'?  I've heard duct tape is the universal fix-all...     JUST KIDDING!  Do you have a swim suit that's maybe a bit tight?  I had a friend that used to wear a tight one-piece under stuff when she wanted to keep it all snug - that being pre-Spanx or Assets - and it was a full-torso fix for her issues.   Just a thought!

I like the swimsuit idea. I am still heavy so it might get hot. I would love to wear a body suit of somekind but just too hot. I think the duct tape might just be the ticket. I hate the Red Green show, but they do wonders with it

or higher stretch bike shorts - just an idea.

i totally understand the "watch it wiggle - see it jiggle" affect with running. BLECH!
