First off, YAY YOU for joining the softball league!!! I used to play in college, but yeah - the whole running thing ? not sure I'll ever be comfortable with that again - if not for the reasons you shared, for my knee's sake. OUCH! But YOU GO, GIRL!
As for how to address your shakin'? I've heard duct tape is the universal fix-all...
JUST KIDDING! Do you have a swim suit that's maybe a bit tight? I had a friend that used to wear a tight one-piece under stuff when she wanted to keep it all snug - that being pre-Spanx or Assets - and it was a full-torso fix for her issues. Just a thought!
