When do you weigh yourself?
I've always been a morning weigher and in the buff if you get my drift but I've noticed lately I'll take a peak at night and I've been weighing less in the evening than my morning weigh in. Is my body just weird or is this normal? I always figured morning weight would be the lowest. Guess not. lol

Yeah I weigh myself every day too and I don't think its a big deal because I don't let it discourage me. I know the scale will go down and there are always normal fluctuations to be expected. I just don't get why I'd weigh less in the evening than the morning. I weigh before dinner though, not after. I'm sure it wouldn't be the case if I weighed after. lol

Hey Michelle, I weigh myself right away in the a.m., in the buff. My understanding to to consistently weigh in the same time of day just once per week due to potential water fluctuations. Yep, what's worked for me the past two years is persistant consistance! Best wishes hon! Hugs galore,Patti

One reason you may weigh less in the evening is because you have flushed some of the water out of your system by then. Also if it shortly after you exercised it may be less because of all the sweating. I have yet to get myself a good scale since I am not going to the gym I need some way to weigh myself cause I am going crazy not knowing. Hope you can figure something out!
I weigh myself mostly after I get back from work --- 11pm-ish. I do weigh myself when I wake up too.
I try not to do it too much.. oh and I weigh in at my WW location weekly.
I weigh in the am, in the buff also. I count my Monday weigh in as my official weigh in of the week. I chose Monday because of Troy's Monday Morning weigh in posts. I try not to weigh in daily, but find that I do weigh in more days a week than not. I hate doing this because of the weight fluctuations during the week and even though I know it happens every stinking week, I still get a little discouraged when I see a 1lb gain - even though I know that by Monday it'll be gone! Just messes with my head.
Years ago when I was starving myself, I would weigh at night and in the am. I found that if I weighed the same or less at bedtime than I did that morning, I would have at least a 1lb loss. My therapist helped break me of the habit of weighing multiple times daily. It's really unhealthy mental wise to do so....
